Leveraging my CPA experience and over a decade in corporate finance and banking, I lead the advisory services at Atus Group focused on creating value for our clients. My expertise in creating growth and earnings through financial and capital markets advisory at both public and private companies has been a cornerstone of my career. At RFA Bank of Canada, I managed treasury and banking functions, significantly expanding the bank’s balance sheet lending, return on equity and securitization programs. As the Vice President at Kroman Capital, I launched the firm’s debt advisory function managing large commercial and residential mortgages as well as managed corporate finance needs for private and regulated entities.
